I love to build things!

I am currently a Mechatronics Engineering Student at the University of Waterloo. My passion has always revolved around robotics, programming, and web developement. Since middle school I have completed all sorts of projects and explored numerous technologies ranging from EV3s to Arduinos. My long term goal has always been to invent or innovate a piece of technology that will be revolutionary and used in our everyday lives.

port Autonomous Chessbot Used OpenCV to relay the change in positions of the pieces on the board. Constructed a XY gantry system to move the 3D printed chess pieces from underneath the board using magnets. port V8 Roomba Constructed an autonomous cleaning robot with 4-wheel drive that recieves commands through a radio reciever at the docking station. Designed and built a vaccum system to trap dirt. port Magic Mouse Using one hand to control the mouse cursor on the computer screen and raising the other to make selections. Devleoped with Azure's Custom Vision service which allowed us to train a model capable of detecting hands from a webcam feed. port Work Flow Tracks which apps and processes are running, and determines your productivity based on a predefined list of productive and non-productive apps. When truly productive for 1 hour, it notifies users to take a break. Uses PyAutoGUI and Firebase. The Dot Project Provided users with a survey about their mental health and accurately determines the severity of their stress, anxiety, etc using Python. Stores data using Firebase and plots such severity in a heat map style diagram. port Me+Check Trained an nlp model to recognize a user's mood using the CoHere API. Backend comunicates with a server where input is saved to display graphs and charts of user's moods throughout the week. port Sumo Robot Incorporated Ultransonic, IR, and QTI sensors on an Arduino sumo robot in order to stay in the black sumo ring while also detecting other robots and pushing them out of the ring. port The Orb Sleek and ergonomic 3D printed lamp that activates as you rotate it. Was a 1st place winner at FraserHacks. Uses LED strips, Arduinos and a Gyro Sensor port Sound Vision Created a Universal design project for those who work in the dark or are blind. Ultransonic sensor detects objects in front of user and activates 1 of 3 buzzers placed at 45,90 or 135 degrees when the object is 1m away at such angle. port Venture Academy AI A McMaster run program where I learned the basics of articial intelligence by completing projects revolving around lane detection, object classification and data predictions port VEX Robotics Collaborated with a team of engineers to design, CAD and build a 2ft³ robot. Incorporated drivetrains, lifts, intake rollers and projectile launchers in 3 seasons of robot iterations. port Processing Game Used Processing to create the famous game Crossy Roads, a game where a player must dodge incoming traffic to earn points.
